I'm going to install a Cyberdyne water temp gauge in the 670 when the gauge gets here. I already have the rectifier, cap, regulator setup all made and working. My question is, the gauge needs DC current and the sender has to be grounded to work. But, if I just screw the sender into the head then it's grounded to the engine where all of the other AC stuff is grounded. Seeing my problem? Will having that sender grounded to the engine cause any AC feedback or anything harmfull like that to the gauge? Any ideas on how to isolate it from the AC and still have the sender grounded?
Thanks
