Help with Sway Bar Assembly

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just bought a 07 600 RMK. The previous owner took out the sway bar. With the Walker Shocks it is way to tippy for my taste. I bought the bar but how the hell do you get the bar back thtough the bulkhead. I need help. I also thought about adding more pressure to the walker shocks. Will this work. I am about 280 and am not sure these shocks will hold up.

There must be a trick for getting that bent bar back through the bunkhead hole.

Fox

How much are Fox Floats ? Can you make them so they dont dive like the Walkers. If I add pressure to the Walkers will that work or just make the front end too stiff.

It will go in I promise, there was a thread in the polaris section were somebody described how it goes back in.
I don't really know how to describe how to put it back in(I just do it) but it will go.

Sway

I did some searches on how to get this thing back in. What is the link to the description. Would you guys rather have the fox with no sway bar or the Walkers with the sway bar. This thing just dives way to much and is unpredictable with out it.

you have to replace the plastic bushings that are attached to the bulkhead @ the same time or be really really carful taking the old ones off cause those 3 pieces 2 bushings one sway-bar all go in as one!!

Beeler you just need to lather that sway bar with liberal amounts of choad wax, and it will slide right back into place. By the Way a mid 90's V-Max 600 would eat any newer polaris. I still have never found a sled that will perform like my turbo polaris colt!!! That steel cleat track just hooks up no mater the snow condition.

By the way I think the Carls Cycle 660 kit, is hurting your power output.

Choad Wax

I need to get the orbital buffer and wax the old choad. If you wax enough I am sure it will go through.

Thinking on installing a steel cleat track. I hear they wont bog in the powder.

If you roar your engine then the colt will wheelie over.

Choad Wax

I hear if you fart in the gas tank its better than nitris. Try a combo of avacados, beans, and broccoli. Its better octane race fuel.

It wont bog I promise

Hudd Fogg

I have a new product called Hudd Fogger nitrus kit. It will make a stock 1980 polaris 340 colt wheelie over the tallest hills. It even comes with a strainer in the fuel line connected to your spinxter to filter the extra tarter that might slip through.

You had better be hanging on when you beast one. If you know how to siphon farts you will be the top dog on the hill.

The problem with siphening farts is that you don't really get any methane, because they come right back out. I guess you could hold them in until you get stomach cramps, that would give them time to get ripe.
