OK guys, need a little guidance here. My buddy is just installed an MCX 180 kit on his Nytro. Install seemed to go fine. Right after the install, it started and idled fine. He still had to put the skid in so he couldn't run it fully at that time. How he has his skid in, and when he goes to give it a little throttle, the motor surges and the check engine comes on. It will go back down to idle fine and the check engine light goes off. One thing to note is that he is replacing the throttle because the original was cracked. He doesn't have the new one mounted 100% yet. I think its the TORS acting up but I'm not positive. He couldn't see a code on the guage. Otherwise we thought maybe its a vaccum line or electrical issue, but not sure and need some places to start checking. He's going to get the throttle block back on 100% first and hopefully that will solve the issue.
