Help with gauges! Need my tach to work right

My speedo and tach are reading wrong, 03 Summit, came with same gauges as an 04 rev. The speedo is reading 20mph at idle, the odometer is sitting at 28,000 miles (should be under 3,000), my RPM is reading a couple thousand higher RPMs than what the motor is at. It happened after my motor was idling really low, circlip came out of the piston, tore up the piston/cylinder, so the gauges kept turning off/on when the RPM would drop below a certain point. They were fine before that happened. I checked all connections, seems like they are hooked up right.

I rebuilt the top/bottom of the motor, would really like my tach for my first ride on the build.

Is it a single gadge or is there seperate gadges for the Tach/Speedo?

04's also came with a single gauge.
