I got an 09 m 1000 here that will not run it pops when you pull the rope and fires threw the pipe had it started 2 or 3 times, shut it off and then it just pops, checked pistions,reeds,omed all the ignition parts and checked all plugs
still the same. any Ideas would be helpful thanks

i've had stators that would pass every electrical check possible and still be bad...because as they heat and have centrifical force on them, an undetectable short widens and gives you grief....i would trade the ecu, if that didn't do it, then stator...maybe a ground somewhere could do it..

try a little gas in the plugs, to see if it runs?

was fuel added...then the problem..??..maybe it has some diesal in it...or timing key sheared

changed stator and swaped ecu, it is getting a ton of fuel at start up.,

Thanks snakeye got it figgured out , it was a faulty reverse button it would try to put it in reverse when you would pull the rope.
