HELP PLEASE!!! Bogging down problem!

Ok, i have a 98 ski doo summit x 670. i have put in a new ignition moduale, new rotary valve, and a new piston after a ring blew up on me. now the sled doesnt wanna idle and when i give it gas it bogs down, i may move 3 feet or so but then it just bogs, but the i feather the gas a bit and it will go another 3 feet and bog. if anyone has a answer to the problem please email me at snowfreak63@yahoo.com thank you.

P.S. its not the carbs, i cleaned them when i put the new piston in.

i don't know too much about clutching but i have seen another buddy have similar issues with his polaris. had too much weight in his primary so it would not shift hence - bog.. just a suggestion, definately not a mechanic here :)

I had a Polaris which had same problem and it was one of the throttle cables had broken and was not lifting the piston and needle in one of the carb's... Let us know if that's what you find..Hummer

Post your ? in the ski-doo section.

Sometimes it's something simple but who knows....
Both cylinders getting spark & fuel?
Key/tether fully connected?
Doublecheck all wires on module.
Is rotary valve timed correctly? Correct valve?
Possibly carb - maybe something didn't get reinstalled correctly?
