Help on an 05 Rev with a pitch change

Was testing some changes i made to my sled and had the exhaust pitch change while riding. I didnt lose any power or performance it just sounds deeper and louder. I believe the cpi dual glass pack can blew some of the glass but wanted to see if anyone has any other ideas as to what coyld have happened. Thanks to you smarter guys for the help in adcanced.

Found the red adjustment cap for the rave valve on the mag side cylinder was gone. Caused a pitch change. Got lucky and found the cap and spring in the bottom of the belly pan. Wooohooo!
