Help Nytro ECU fault

I Just got my nytro back to gether from putting a head shim on it and now I have a Error-1 fault which according to the manual it is a ECU internal fualt and so it has no out puts recieved. I have checked the connections and I dont know what else to check. Can a arc across the battery terminals cause this any one seen this?

Look real close at all the connectors you took apart and see if a wire has pushed out of a plug
Maybe one of the little pin's on the ECU broke off and is inside the plug, look real close
