HELP!!! NO Spark

Just installed a brand new top to bottom 2013 Pro RMK 800. After connecting all the wiring etc, I try starting it without the ignition just to see what it was going to do. First pull it fired up and then stalled. So I try again same thing. Pull the plugs and they were soaked. Dry them off and cylinders, fire it up with first pull again then it died. So I try again with the throttle wide open and it started but running like crap. So I put the hood back on connected the ignition plug fire it up with the throttle wide open again. Had to do that a couple of more times I guess because of the amount of oil and gas that accumulated I before it would idle on it's own. But I noticed every time I started it up my cluster board or instrument panel, whatever it is called wasn't working so I couldn't see the temperature or rpm. So I shut it off again take the hood off look over all the wiring and plugs and what not. Try again to fire it up and still no instrument panel coming on but the high and low beam works. I was using the key to turn off the engine 0also. So after a few times and not being able to get the instrument. So I do decide to call it a night and come back the next day. Next day I get here try starting it and nothing,, absolutely nothing. Check for spark and nothing. Change the voltage regulator today I am assuming for nothing. Was hoping that would be the problem because I had a similar problem with my 600 RMK happened to me. Checked the stator wires for resistance, spark plug caps and wires, the coils etc. The numbers don't seem to be quite the same as what the manual says the stator should be at. Manual says 0.12 ohms lighting
0.20ohms chassis, I get 0.6 ohms for both
DC system coil manual says 0.72 ohms I get 1.42 ohms
And both crank position sensors manual says 190 ohms I get 181.7 ohms for both. And they all say +/- 15%. So I don't really know if this is my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am going to lose it soon lol. I just don't understand why I am having such difficulty, especially when everything was fine with the el before it blew up on me.

Check to ensure the spark plug caps are tight on the lead wires.. I just did a rebuild and had similar issues and that was my issue. Also, if it has a tether; unhook it to rule that out..

Yes I have done both already. As a matter of fact I tested the spark plug and wires using a spark plug tester and the light bulb was lighting up great before I tried starting it the first time. The thing that is boggling me is that it was running 6 or 7 times before I called it quits for the night. I wanted to make sure that the instrument cluster board was working so I could run it up to temp and do a few heat cycles before taking it out for a ride. But I could not figure out the problem. So I come back 12hrs later turn the and lift up the kill switch and nothing, nothing at all. Checked for spark and was not getting any spark. And haven't been able to figure out what the hell is the problem since
