Help, Need advice with frozen ski bolt.

I have an '06 Summit X with the precision ski.
I cannot get the bolt that holds the ski to the spindle out.
Best I can tell the bolt has frozen/corroded to the bushing that runs through the spindle. I have beat on it until the threaded end is beginnign to mushroom.
I'm sure someone has run into this before. Any advice on how to get it out?

Serves me right for not tearing them down and greasing them at the end of the season.
I don't understand why Ski-Doo does not put grease zerks there.

Had one of those the other day, ended up using a air chisel with a punch die and it came out. Wouldn't budge with a hammer.

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. I ended up coating it with penetrating oil and then beat the snot out of it with a hammer and punch. When you put it back together, put some anti-seize on the bolt. It will prevent the corrosion that occurs by joining two dissimilar metals.

I agree with the anti-seize during assembly. One thing i would do though is get some good marine grade anti-seize. It wont wash away like the other stuff will. Skis are always in the snow and setting in puddles of water as the snow melts. If you can turn the bolt, can you see in there at all to see if the inner bushing is turn too?
