Help - miss on an 06 M7

I'm looking for diagnosis help on an 06 M7. The sled is completely stock - clutching and all. The miss happens throughout most of the RPM's. When going across the lake or down a trail the sled will be running fine and then completely cutout and fall on its face for a second and then power back up as if nothing happened - this will happen when holding a steady RPM or even if you are getting on the throttle. This problem started 2 weeks ago in Cooke and it seemed that as the weekend went on the sled was getting a little worse. My wife was riding it and complained about it to me on the 2nd day of riding - by the middle of the 3rd day it was so bad (it cut out about every 2-3 minutes of riding) that she had had enough and called it a day. I took it for a spin here in MN and it still has the problem.

I'm thinking maybe the stator is going????
Any suggestions or better yet similar experiences and how you've fixed it.

Thanks in advance!!!

Check the Throttle safety switch. You can just unplug the wire runnig to it and the handlebar kill switch (same wire) and if it runs good then, you found it. Had almost the exact same issue with my last sled.

X2^^^, Also check your cables on your cervo motor to see if one came off. Good luck.
