HELP!!! FUEL LEAK!

Have a 2003 Polaris Vertical Escape 800 and the sled is leaking fuel at a startling rate. half tank gone in 24 hours. leak seems to be coming from somewhere between the tank and the fuel shut-off valve. drops are falling from the exhaust can side but i don't see the fuel pooling anywhere. what do i do to find the leak and stop it.

Does the gas leak with the shut off valve closed? Start by removing the airbox and expose all that can be exposed. Finding the leak should be easy once you can see everything. Look for wear holes in the fuel lines, leaking tank grommets, something very obvious. Inspect the carbs, a stuck open float valve can siphone fuel out and into the engine. I had the carb drain lines rot and leak. Hunt well.

yes the fuel leaks with the valve closed. i will start with the removal of the air box and see where that leads.
