Help: Front torque arm bolt spining 05 M7

I'm trying to install Holz's front torque arm relocation kit (http://www.holzracingproducts.com/s...-series-front-torque-arm-relocation-kit-p-339)

and when trying to remove the bolts on each side one of the bolts just spins and doesn't come out. I've tried using an air ratchet and PB blaster, but its not coming out.

Before I take the sawsall to it, any input?

I think I ran a nut on the bolt that's free, threaded it into the shaft, and tightened the nut so the loose side stays tight so you can work on the bolt that won't budge.

Does that make sense?

Instal the other side then Heat the bolt and use an impact. Bolt has lock tite on it and the shaft goes all the way thru.
