HELP! Axys wont start

Mine was real hard starting because the factory tech neglected to secure the fittings for the fuel supply/return lines off the tank :face-icon-small-dis
Only dumped $60 worth of 94 octane into the bellypan lol

Finally got it started, grabbed the throttle like everyone said and pulled like hell. Once it started it was smoking like a train. I ran and will run it until the plugs foul but i got an extra set just in case. Thanks again everyone!

FWIW, get the NGK BPR9EIX plugs. They are their iridium plugs and are much much less prone to fouling.

Just to shed some light on the subject. What happens is every time you pull it over and it doesn't fire remember the injectors are shooting fuel every time the crank sensor sees a signal. So if it doesn't start for whatever reason and you keep pulling the more fuel you keep dumping in. When you hold the throttle wide open it shuts the injectors off and eventually burns the excess fuel. So if mine doesn't start in 3 or 4 pulls out of habit I just open the throttle wide open to stop dumping fuel in the crankcase. Hope that explains it a little better

Same thing happened to mine. One litre of oil in not a full tank of fuel. Until you burn that **** out of the tank don't plan on starting it unless you are riding it cause it will load up so bad it won't start without opening the throttle bodies and give some air.

I had the same flooding problem but after running 15 gallons of fuel through it. Replaced the plugs and it still would not start. Held it wide open and it started after about 5 pulls.

Dealer told me that as your pulling it over it is constantly feeding it gas. If it does not start after the third or forth pull you hold it wide open that
stops any more fuel from being dumped in. Something the computer is reading that it's not running.

256 miles on my New Axis.
Have not experianced any hard starting or fouled spark plugs
Did tighten the throttle cable free play on day 2 and 80 miles.
Did not notice an great power increase after "break in"
Do have a lower A arm that is pushed back but not hockey stick bent. Can be expected as I did bang into a couple of trees that got into way :)
Was on and off my sons 2015 Pro to compare the 2 sleds.
The instantaneous lift that Polaris advertised is not even close to what i thought it would be. maybe 10-20% more then old Pro.
Axis is very easy to Boondock through the trees and a blast to bounce over the pillows in the meadows and creek runs.
Overall I am happy with this New offering from Polaris.
Have a 3"x 163 on the 2015 and a 3.2"x 163 on the new Axis so close on setup to compare the 2 sleds. Also both have TKI belt drives with 2:36 ??? gear ratios.

Overall length is almost too short as the rear axle is positioned as far forward as it can go. The rear of the rails almost touch the track clips. But it does fit :)
Lots of room in the front of the tunnel with the 7 tooth drivers.
Track works very well in new snow/powder but is a little soft on the Tips compared to the 3" tracks i have been using.
The 3.2" does not dig into the hard snow as well as the older 3" tracks do.
In closing i would not use the 3.2 if I road concrete snow for most of my riding.
