Depends on budget. I have a zbroz front end, 2.5" over stock riser, slp head and y-pipe & can, 2 cool air vents, lefty throttle, 2 wheel kit with 9" wheels, avid drivers, clutching, gearing and a 174 x 2.5" track. Runs well, but if she blows it's a Big John 860.

09 moveable sheave and 09 spring cup bushing for starters and go from there. The clutches were f'd up in 07 and once I updated mine on my XRS with the 860 is wasn't even the same sled, I am pulling more gear, pin weight and less spring rate and the sled flat out hauls now. Amazing what a properly working clutch can do.

Part Number??

Do you have a part number for the moveable sheave?? is it the guard that goes over the spring??

I have an slp kit, 2 wheel axle kit, 162x2.25 non ported powdermax track and updated clutching and I am very happy with my sled. It seems to run with or beat most xp sleds that I ride with. I am trying a team roller setup this weekend and I will let you know how that pans out.
