Serious question: Is the Rigid option really $160 better than the standard Cree option.

I'm not saying they aren't but I would like to know the difference.

I have the regular cree light and I couldn't imagine it being any brighter. It's so dang bright!

Link updated.

- Mounts will not work with a cyclops, the cyclops mounts from the bottom, our light options from the ends.

- Lumens, both lights are rated at just over 3k. They are BRIGHT. Often forget that your riding at night until you shut your bike down.

-Cree vs Rigid, Rigid's name stands alone, so we have been running the crees all summer and on some early season riding right now. Optically you cannot tell the difference between them. The only thing we have found is that if you leave both in a bucket of water overnight then the cree will take on a tiny bit of water. Direct pressure washing or snow riding we haven't had any moisture intrusion issues.

There is an option for "universal battery". My cr500 will need a battery.
WE will update the description about what that meant and are looking for a good battery source.

What that meant was universal wiring harness for bikes with batteries, It will just come with ring terminals on the harness instead of pinned connectors like various setups we offer.

Can we get a couple pics of it on a bike? How does it work with a handlebar with no crossbar, (like stock KTM) does the pad still work?

Nice looking kit, I'm trying to figure out handguard/light/handlebar arrangement
