What is the weight range for these? Are they the first or second design?

First design, base weight is 55 plus 7 on the heel the instructions say you can add up to 6 grams in the tip , center and heel. I never ran these so dont know much about them. my understanding is that they act more like a heavier weight when accelerating because the heel helps pull the weight out as it overcenters.
