Heeee's Baaaack...TIGER WOODS

Stewart sat out about 3 month then back doing somthing way harder on your knee's than Golf......... Tiger out over a year:eek:

.

Like others said, he was out 8 months. Could have come back earlier but was waiting for his son to be born (Feb 8th). Besides he is just coming back to get a few tournaments in before Major season. Two totally different types of competition, Tiger is playing for majors and didnt need to rush back, Bubba needed to come back and score points for titles.

Also, totally agree, MX is alot harder on knees and entire body compared to golf.

Actually they did have the same knee issues (tiger had leg fractures too, but whatever) and both won major titles. Then they both went under the knife for knee reconstructs and sat out a while. Both are tough as hell and the best at what they do, mad props for both.

Tiger & Bubba are the 2 most dominate athletes in there profession right now. I'd have to give the edge to Stewart right now, because if Reed don't take him down he win's 100% of the time. It's hard to argue with that stat IMO!

Oh FFS, it's about 5:30 and I tune in on a WEDNESDAY in FEBRUARY to watch Tiger make his comeback.

LOL

He's on about the 6th hole right now on the Golf Channel. 218 on DirecTV.

LMFAO

Did anyone see him knock it STIFF on the 2nd hole, par 5, 2nd shot? OMFG.

Uhhhhhhhh he's BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!

First two holes back...Birdie....Eagle.

My god he's good.

Can you imagine swinging a club at 130mph, and having to stop that momentum with your left leg? And that leg was broken? He said every time he swung, he felt the bones slide.

Ugh, imagining that just makes me cringe!

Glad to see him back on the tour. Padrig Harrington and Kenny Perry are good golfers, but its not any fun to watch them win. Watching a charismatic figure like Tiger win is amazing in contrast.

237 yard 3 iron to 4 feet. If you dont play golf its hard to understand. Thats like landing a double backflip. Tiger is def. on a different level.

minus the threat of death or permit lasting damage to your body if you don't make it. So yep, totally like a double back.

......and all the haters in this thread probably can't swing a golf club more than 100 MPH. They'll say anybody can do it but they don't understand that swinging the club like an axe doesn't make it go fast.

237 yard 3 iron to 4 feet.

I've been watching golf for years and I'm still amazed at how he can hit those long irons so high and they land so soft.....and yet they still go just as far or farther than anybody elses long irons. He compresses the ball so much with his irons it's ridiculous.

104-108mph usually on those video sreens at golf store, 300 - 320 yard drive usually. Dead staright MOST (or a wicked draw that lands 3 holes over lol) of the time...haha.

Who knows how accurate those things are though. Seems to me they're ok, as ont he course I hit straight and about that far. Its also the only way i have of telling clubhead velocity so.....
