Health Insurance question for those self employed

I currently have Blue Cross Blue Shield as my health insurance provider. I just got a letter that states my monthly premium is going to be $400/mo starting next month. That's for my 2 kids, my wife and myself. My deductible is $5000! We are a healthy family so I think our rate is ridiculous.

For those of you who are self employed, who do you use for your health care coverage? What's your premium and deductible?

I'm going to look online for a new company but I remember the last time I looked the best deal I could find was what I have now

Canadians use blue cross too for extra benefits, just in case someone doesn't realize you're talking about the States....
