Heading west wondering about rollover on SC apex and oil

Hi guys,

Real newb on mountain riding. I'm heading west with my SC stage 1 apex in march and wondering about roll overs and the oil system. I know stock the oil can fill the air box, what about on the SC system? Does it run out or get pumped out if its on its side or upside down and still running? I do not have a tether. Thanks!

25$ and 20 min you can install an AC tether and it will help but not eliminate the problem.

Its an annoying feature on the 4 smokers.

Your S/C system is closed so you shouldn't have any problems with that. As for the engine oil.... bring lots of oil and quarters to go to a car wash and spray the oil off.. Or just stay on the trail..

Maybe I confused you I was talking about the engine oil. So where does it come out from?

Any install write ups of the tether?

You should be fine there are lots of baffles in our tank, As far as supercharger oil no worries there,

Just dont let it sit upside down for extended periods of time.

Thanks heath, obvisouly I will try and get it upright asap but being a newb i may find myself in some tricky spots and it may be on its side more then I will admit at the end of the day
