header bolts

Transporter, maybe just give Alpine a call and they can fix you up with the info. As long as your header flange is the same thickness as theirs, they can get you in the right direction.I had the same issue, downpipe end lost some bolts.It was my mistake, as I used the stock length bolts by accident, even though Alpine sent me the proper ones with my turbo unit.
Just make sure you use both halves of the Nordlocks. I also put a tiny dab of blue Locktite on mine, near the head end of the threaded portion, just for an extra bit of security. Mine haven't backed off yet.
 
Yah that was me at BP's. Not really happy with Alpine right now they put the header on and they are the ones that used only half of the washers.Mabye thats why my RB3 wasnt working to well hey Addiction?

I had the Nordlock washers fail on the downpipe and header. IMO Stage 8 is the only way to go. If you are adamant about using the Nordlocks, you can get them at Triad Industrial Fastners in Calgary and Powderlites has them in Sicamous as well.
