Head west young man! - Recommendations on an all-inclusive snowmobile trip out west!

ridewhistler.ca - this is with Chris Brown. We did the all inclusive 2years in a row and had a great experience both times. We are intermediate riders and we learned a ton that made us better riders. Chris was awesome!!
Cant say enough about the positive experience we had.

Grizzly Lodge in Canada was also excellent all inclusive. Our group of intermediate riders did well but quite a few advanced riders up there. We went for the clinic, Adam was a great guide for sure, has a professional cook and a cool lodge with hot tub. I have not went to Chris Burandts in Colorado but they should be very similar. Michigan is a ways to drive there but when we were there some people were from your neck of the country.

Depending on where we “land” we will most likely fly in and rent sleds. Looking for a great destination trip with the fellas. I’ll check out this spot as well. Thanks for he recommendation!

X2 on Grizzly

Remote backcountry lodge, ride right from the door each morning and only minutes from the alpine.

Adam and his staff do a great job looking after us, great atmosphere and food.

Our group goes there every year, this January will be our fifth trip and they keep raising the bar each year.

You can fly in to Kamloops, they will pick you up and they have rental sleds on site.

Togwotee mountain lodge is the place for you. Get the “classic winter package”. Includes ride to the lodge from Jackson hole airport, breakfast, dinner, lodging, all you can drink happy hour, appetizers, and a guide. Sled rental is extra. If you book before 12/1 it’s like $155/night. It’s a great deal. We have a 15 guy group that does a huge trip every year. We drive from Wisconsin and do this package. We go other places too, but this is a great place for big groups.

Once you go, you’ll be buying mountain sleds and driving every year.

Mt Adams from the Snowking snopark, is as good as it gets in SW Washington and Oregon. Closet gas is Trout Lake. A few motels. Extraordinary long steep climbs. Riding from 3000 feet to 10,000 feet ASL.

If you came this far, you might as well hit Mt. St. Helens. Most snowmobile traffic is on the Southwest side from the Marble Mtn snopark. Weekend parking is difficult and fills up by 7:30 AM. There are about 5 routes to the summit to look into the crater. But don't stand within 10 feet of the edge on a cold day. 20 feet limit on warm days above freezing.
