Head gasket O-rings????????

I've been told that they are not anything special. Yet they cost $11 each. Does anyone have a source for these, or know the dimetions and what to ask for.

Hi Owen, I have been told they are high temp rubber, but don't know for sure. I have never been able to find any at an auto parts store that would fit. Let us know if you find anything.

I just ordered a set of five for 7.98 plus shipping

3 & 3/4'' x 3/32'' in a high temp compound called Viton. Order number 154V, from allorings.com

They seem just a tad thicker. I suppose since they're metric. I'm pretty sure they'll work. I'll let you know.

I think it was fomoco that said he had gotten some from a hydraulic shop. Seems like a little excessive markup on a lot of this stuff.

Good call Owen!...I just had to replace all mine....$60 later!!!...It is a damn ripoff.
Let me know how those work...I would like to get a spare set.
