HCR 1100T Vibration?

Broken chain links? Bad rear idlers and the track is shifted to one side causing the small guide nubs to ride on rear idlers/hyfax? Jackshaft loose on the chaincase side? I would assume engine runs smooth before engagement and is drivetrain related since belt swap did no good. Could reverse be fouled up?

I will check all that but just noticed the chain case oil is over full maybe thats the problem.

So I have a vibration in my feet from 4300-4700rpm and then it goes away until 7400 rpm and up it comes back. Tried a new belt and and track tension tight and loose with no change still the same any ideas?

Check your rear idler wheels all of them, make sure they all have the rubber on them, mine did the same and I'm missing over half the rubber off my rear inner wheels. You might notice your track loosened up at the same time.

Found out that it wasn't just ice in my tunnel. the rear axle boggie wheels delaminated. There is no rubber left at all and the track is really loose but not enough to ratchet. 110 miles on machine. There is a bulletin on the inner wheels at the front of the skid for doing this but doesn't cover the rear axle wheels.

My buddies was doing the same thing. We got it all dried up and noticed the rear boggie wheels feel apart. Maybe check that?
