Hawk shop

I'm gonna have to rename my shop to the "Hawk Shop" because thats all thats been getting worked on lately. It's amazing how quickly you can tear one down to nothing, about 2 hours and all you have is a pile of parts on the ground. It'll probably take weeks to get her back together tho.

Anyway, I thought I would post some pics of some of the things goin on around here. Those of you waiting on parts can see the progress on whats going on.

Hope you enjoy......

Here's a pic of Snow Menaces' swing arms .

Snow Dunes 151 extensions with 8" wheels

Drive and jack shafts and even a couple that are an inch longer for some Canadian goofball....LOL

Here's some suspension relocation brackets that just got done, One for AK Billy Bow, Always play'n, snow dunes, and the big ones with some extra foot peg holes are for the big guy, Rude Awakening.

This one's for Thierry, almost done with these, just need to know where to put the "MADE IN USA" (in really big letters....LOL) then I can ship them.

Stoked on pegs

Can't wait, both bro and I have pegs that are bent down at about a 30 degree angle, feet are slippin off like crazy, workin on a Hawkfest 2010 teaser vid right now that has some sick shots I have been saving for the group, some real good ones, close ups of you and harley and gordon, hopefully atleast one shot of everyone who showed up last year.

Allright Cailen, getting close to having these all done. Gonna send them out and have them anodized before I can ship them to you, hope you like pink....LOL

While I'm busy making pegs Joel's here whippin' up some lightweight chain drive conversions. We're not much of a set screw fan(leave dimples on shafts and can loosen up) so he made some stainless steel locking collars that the gears will bolt to. Even made the gears look cool.

those are just sick,If I knew how many different parts you can make I would have ordered more, the rails are digustingly beautiful,I dont even know what to say ,just makes me drool and stare...I would like to see ALL the parts that you can make,in one spot..so the next order I make with you I dont miss stuff..and sure like what I have gotten so far, thanks again....I wish I could buy parts for my sled with your quality and priceing..

I agreee with diirtbag. Your parts are awesome. How about a list of what you make for the Hawks, so we know what you have to offer. Or, better yet...why don't you just machine a new Hawk!!!
