Have to clutch/gear for new track?

If I put a 2010 Skid under my 2007 Rev (151 to 154) would you have to setup the clutch again? Would that small of a difference in track length affect gearing?

Gears are stock right now (I think) and I had a BJ clutch installed last year but have not played with it myself yet as it seems to be setup pretty good.

Just asking as i would be interested in getting the T-motion setup on the Rev.

is there a bracket that can update the 07 skid to 2010 or was I reading something wrong?

you will need to change your drivers. If you need them, I have a set of avid drivers already on a 2007 shaft that i don't need anymore. 8 tooth 2.86 pitch

i just remembered you will also have drill new wholes in your drop brackets. i did this two years ago with a 2009 163 skid on my old 07.

Contact big John at sledheadracing. I got my 154 swap from him at a good deal. He might have more. I didn't gain what I was hoping for until I got a clutch kit from DYnamo joe.

I spoke with big John the other day but he didnt seem to have any parts for the swap or the drivers. When you say you got the swap from BJ what did you get? From what I ahve read the 2011 skid I have should go in I just have to drill new holes for the front and rear mount and it looks like they should all fit in the stock brackets?

Brokemtnsledder: how much do you want for the drive shaft and drivers?Have nay pics? Where are you located, curious as to freight cost.
