Hatchers Pass Conditions 11-15

Rode the road with my daughter today...about 1/2" of fresh on the road. Looked like maybe 6-8" on the ground. Report from a coupla ski-doo guys who'd come off the trail by the bridge was, crappy snow. It was snowing when we left, though.

Well, how was the riding?

Bad light, we didnt wander too far from the road. still lots of landmines so watch out, i wasnt feeling so hot, head cold, probibly cought some crap on the plane from the slope....some of the blown in areas might have been fun, but when you have to feel your way around it sucks so we bailed around 1 and it was snowing hard when we left so i guess i cant complain, just more gas for the next ride

Rode in from the bridge yesterday. As said plenty of rocks, and a couple of fallen trees on the trail in. Made it pretty far back, good snow in the hills, turned around and got snowed in for a bit. Got a lot of use out of the gps with the flat light and heavy snow

Yeah those are tracks, we have been getting deep in Hatchers Pass. Star Trek stuff "Go where no man has gone before". LOL can't wait to get even deeper into the talketna mtn's.
