25% isn't even close to the worlds strongest beer.

A Dutch brewer with a penchant for competition has laid claim to creating the world's strongest brew: a beer that is some 60 percent alcohol by volume.

So, while I commend Sam for making a brew (probably in mass quantities no doubt) that runs 25%, it ain't the highest out there.

Sam Adams isnt for me. I cant handle thier commercials.........something real goofy sounding about a "spicenote"????. All a bit too fem for me.

Never had it. Only made once in awhile don't know how often and it's hard to get. Spendy too, about 100 a bottle. Always wanted to try it but can't justify the price anymore....plus I don't like his beer.

I am having someone looking into getting some for me & I was thinking it'd be like $100/ case!

It appears the price is not the cost of contents, but the value of the decanter combined with the very limited production.
Not available in common bottles.

Bummer.
