Hey my sleds only got 20 hours on it and my handwarmers definitely were not working today. Is there a fuse or some weak spot that may be the culprit? Or just take it to the dealer and have em warranty it?
Check the connections on the back of the switch. I have had issues with 12v rocker switches lostening from vibration, heat & cooling, whatever the reason. I solder them if I can get to them.
check where the wires pass by the steering post behind the plastic body piece that the switches are mounted in. A lot of the pros have a chaffing issue back there, it melted the wire in half on mine. fix the wire and then make sure to put some wire shield on it.
