Handlebar risers

Anyone???

I'm sorry, I can't help you. I have two pro's sitting in the shop.... no non pro's.
However, call this number tomorrow and ask for Mark...

He should be able to answer all your questions, he's a pretty good guy, and ownes a non pro himself, but I know for a fact that 35 feet from his desk is a Pro, a non pro and an assault.

Good Luck!

I PUT A 4 INCH SPI ON MY 11 ASSAULT WORKS JUST FINE. JUST CLIP THE ZIP TIE THAT HOLDS THE CABLE AND YOU GOT PLENTY OF CABLE. AND JUST DOUBLE CHECK ALL YOUR ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS CUZ TWICE I HAVE SEEN THE KILL SWITCH COMES DISCONECTED AFTER INSTALL. WHEN I DID MINE AND A CUSTOMER TOLD ME THE SAME THING. RODE TWICE ALREADY WITH IT WORKS LIKE A CHAMP

I thought the same thing at first look... but, the Polaris mount still ties all four points together...plus the the Ole's and AMP risers DO actually go all the way across which would give even better support than the stockers.

I'm a short guy ... I found the Pro-taper bars a little tall for my liking...so not everybody is going to want a riser... Chris Burandt at about 5'11" really likes the rise of the stock bars.

Stock clamp is approx 3/4" rise....take that into account when ordering.

I know everyone is gonna jump on me about this but actually according to Burandt, the Pro is best ridden with lower bars than the pro taper's the pro comes with. He says that you have more control, body position, and side hilling ability with shorter bars. He's using RSI bars that are a bit lower than stock, so I can't imagine that tall guys need all this 3" rise jargin. I guess it all comes down to what you are comfortable with but I already have the lower bars for mine and I'm stoked.

Burandt is taller than me ... but the Pro-Taper bars were definitely too tall me on the PRO-RMK... but not on the Dragons.

Chris told me he likes a narrow bar as well... like 27 or 28" total width.

I guess he has changed his mind since I talked to him at the end of last season.

I'd like to see the PRO's come stock with a shorter bar that can be raised... more than a taller bar that can't be dropped and require buying a new set of bars/grip heaters and require switching all the controls over.
