love this doo brake setup. 50$ on ebay
once you guys hit your knee on that stock cat banjo bolt you'll hate it even more.
The TSS will not work with the PowerMadd throttle block. Its a win/lose situation. Win because it eliminates any issues that may arise with the Switch not making, causing a bog, icing up, etc. Lose because it is a safety feature that is no longer there.
I have never had any issues with the couple sleds that I've done this to, Ive just always have installed a tether along with it. What I've done is just cut & cap the black/white wire down by the main harness plug, since its a normally open circuit.
just curious, with these handlebar cleanup kits a person needs to run a tether for safety reasons because you are eliminating the throttle safety switch. And since you are already running a tether, couldn't you also eliminate the kill switch? Or am i over simplifying?
anyone with an opinion on eliminating the kill switch too if you are going with the tether?

What cabels did you put on the 3 way switch that controls the lights and what did you do with the black (ground) cable that they have put together with the other black cables that goes to the hand and tumb warmers and also the reverse button?i cut away the old wiring and soldered new wires
yeah same was the price for me, crazy!
i have 3 way switch on both handwarmer and lights, the cool thing is when i have the light switch on off it lights up the ledstrip only
thanks!
