So I ride 50/50 trail and need my lower windshield cause rhe taller one keeps popping rivets when sled is rolled when stuck. I am looking for some aftermarket handguards that will handle the sled being rolled. The poo ones brake. Any suggestions?

those are factory bars....and better brackets are now available via cycra. Thats a '11 setup
I have these and they are awesome for keeping your hands warm and real easy to install/uninstall fast with no tools and it's almost impossible to break them. Fits easily in your back pack or storage area. They don't do a lot for physical protection though, and I don't like them for mountain riding because I feel some what restrained. But that's just me.
Anyone ever get there hand/arm caught in the burlier styles of handguards? I have never really needed them for warmth but I have almost gotten my hands smashed by trees and branches countless times. Just don't want to have broken wrist either...
