So my grip heaters (stock ones) shorted out on the last ride of the season last year. I figured it was from the lefty throttle the guy before me had pinched down on the brake side. So I bought a set of Heat Deamon warmers from my dealer (they were out of the polaris ones). Pulled up a wiring diagram for my sled and wired the connectors from the old heaters onto the new heaters so they would be plug and play. Warmed up the sled two nights ago and the heaters worked great. Started the sled back up again today to move it and I'm shorted out on high again?? Checked all the wiring and all looks good. Anyone had any problems with switch or other areas?? Is there anyway to test this stuff without having to have the sled running?
