Hand warmers on a YZ?

Double check that, I had an 07' that the original owner stated the LA Lighting kit he was including was the only option for the more compact YZ's lower engine case.
It had a hard time powering the low output headlight and grips at the same time.
His Hawk has 360 watts.

NO dice on the WR stator, UNLESS you also use the crank.
Its not the cases. The cranks are different and do not allow the larger WR flywheel to go onto the YZ crank. Electrosport/ Moose does offer a stator, but dont waste your time.

I had an 07 and put in an after market stater and installed hand warmers. Ride motorsports in woodinville did 2 bikes for me and a buddy. It can be done.
Yes it can, its made by electrosports and sold threw moose.
However be very aware, they SUCK Big time..
They claim 50 watts, but in reality you get about 20. Might work for grip heaters, no go for good or even fair lights, but the bigger issue is reliability. I cant tell you how many riders I talk to every year who try and fail with the stator. Myself included. I was hard headed and went threw 3 of them.
So if you dont want to roll the dice and hope you make it home I highly advise against that product.
If you can find a Eline used those do work and work well, problem is they went out of production a few years ago....
