Just bought a 2005 900 and the hand/thumb warmers barely work. I tried them on different settings with the same result. The wires had been cut and spliced to accomedate handle bar risers. I thought if they werent correct they wouldnt work at all. Is it possible that one of the splices is not making a good enough of a connection, and has too much resistance, causing the heaters not to work as well. Or, may there be somthing else wrong. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
