Rode 4 days this last weekend 3/21 with Halfway M7 and his family and there is some mighty good riding left up there. Mostly sunny except for Sunday. One of the best rides of the year.
Friday/Saturday found some places with over 2 feet fresh but a foot plus was the norm most every where else.
Monday over to Little Eagle Meadows below Copia peak - snow was more set up there and made for some scary long steep climbs. In the stuck sled pic look in the center of the upper right 1/4 of that pic - that dot were the tracks cross is a sled and the stuck sled is only about 1/3 the way up the hill. "WE" had a long climb up on foot to help him out as there was no stopping on the hill
Check out that old Cat in the Copia peak pic, second from the right first rider stand on right, we had to pull it up a couple of the steeper places but it made 99.9% of the run on its own. Don't know what year it is but it's an oldie - a 500cc with a metal cleat short track. Rider was a youngster out from Pennsylvania and only his second time on a sled and first time in any mountains. Way to go Mike.
