Gurgling noise when shut off

First post in a long time but bought a 24 850 turbo and when we stop and shut the engine off I get a gurgling noise like it is boiling over but it is not. I tried to search for other posts but didn't find anything. Anybody else have this or know what it is? I don't remember it on my 21 turbo. Thanks!

Coolant running through. Normal.

coolant boiling in the turbo. service manual states to let the engine idle for 30 sec before shutting off.

Both my Turbos do that EVERYTIME after a long hot pull
Perfectly normal

Rode hard and put away wet lol. Let it idle for 15-20 seconds and it won't do that.
