As much as I'd like for it to be sub 400, with the part choices that you made and your using off the shelf parts. I'm guessing close to 430. 427 is my official number.

The IQR bulkhead is heavy. The VE boondocker style tunnel is also very heavy / overkill. The Avid drivers are quite heavy also. About the only lightweight part you used is the Nextech Rear Suspension and BR Tech hood.

I'll bet all three of my new IQR's are lighter than yours without the Nextech suspension. One 146" one 155" and one 162". All have IQ coolers, Carbon fiber tunnel skins, Polaris extruded running boards (moved forward about 8", past the driver centerline, notched for C3 belt drive on the right side and driveshaft brake on the left side under the driven), Z-broz front suspension, EZ-Ryde Rear suspension, these three are running the Peak track with 9 Tooth drivers and 9" rear wheels, stretched (9" center to center) C3 belt drive using the '13-'14 PRO tensioner. Plenty of clearance for a 3" and a 9 Tooth driver.

I'll post a build thread over the summer, when things slow down a bit. Have even bigger plans for my three PRO's and possibly a '15 AXYS with a target dry weight of 320#'s dry! So it will be sub 400#'s wet, fueled and RTR.
