gt 2860 vs. gt 2871

I have a 700 dragon boondocker kit running 9lbs. the turbo has a fair amount of play in the bearings. and it is a little noisy spooling down when I shut the sled off. needs a new center section of course its a gt2860.
Any reason to try or not try this 2871 my friend had on a carb xp?

I ran a 2871 on my old m8 and it ran really good, the previous turbo I had was a cheap chinese 2860 but that being said no issues with the 2871, still spools quick and makes good power for how much boost you run. If the turbo is right there for you I see no reason not to try it, its my preferred turbo from my personal experiences
