Yes there's a groomer there. It's easy to spot, sitting dead on the side of the trail

It sure is. sitting at the "y" in the road before heading into the cabin area.

Ok so its been over a week, Has anyone seen the groomer move yet? Has anyone been up there this week? What about the ride to Whislin Jacks? I was thinking about heading over for breakfast tomorrow (Sat) But if the groomer hasnt mowed over those whoops i'll loose my breakfast on the way back!

On Wednesday it was still broken down on the side of the road and my back is still killing me from the ride out
yeah i went to whistlin jacks on monday and it was really beat up we took as much off trail as we could because the roads were terrible i cant imagine what its like now. And yeah the stupid groomer is broke down on the west side not far from the cabin
Does anyone have an ETA on the the groomer getting repaired or a replacement..............(right???) Graveller??? Fordman???? Any bad forecasts??? Must be next spring if they answer...... LOL

i here from a pretty good source that the groomer at GW is done for the season . WTF!!!!!!!!!! im pissed now i wanted to take my son up somewhere close to home without beating him up all freekin day . i hope it isnt true but sounds like it is

I was up with Ron from R&R on friday afternoon, he did get it going and groomed friday night, trails were much better, There's been a lot of riders and new snow up there, after an hour or two you cant even tell he's been grooming, Not his fault, lots of traffic, The groomer from the nachess side did come up and over to the greenwater snowpark on thursday trying to help out. Greenwater is a touch place, the majority of the traffic has to go up and down the same road, The grooming doesnt hold up to well to that much traffic,

I heard that it was way to costly to put the road back in like it was prior to the river taking it out and also because of enviro. reasons with the road going back in there. Plum Creek timber put the current road in (Matterhorn) as a bypass logging road and then all of a sudden there was asphalt on it and that was that.

I was thinking of heading up to Pyramid Creek on Thursday (to take the wife) and was wonder if the groomer was back on the regular schedule and grooming weds. night? The whoops has tore her up the last couple trips she's gone on and don't want her to get a bad impression about ridin' (she's still fairly new at ridin' and not aggressive). Anyone know?

groomer is back...
rode it yesterday, the 70 rd is ice/snow from 410 all the way in. the groomed trails were in good shape, and should be groomed again tonight.
