Grip Warmers Don't Work on Low

My grip warmers and thumb warmer do not work on low. Seems to work fine when set on high. Does anyone know if this is in the switch or in one of the capacitors and if so, which one? Have checked to make sure wires are connected good and they are.
Thanks

First thing to check is the wiring going to the switch on the console. Common problem with heaters and headlight hi/low.

Had one fail on low on the 18 AXYS 800 163 in our stable three weeks ago and was covered by warrenty, bad heater element on the bar on low side.

ive had numerous heater issues. eithere element gets broken inside or the fact they use non seasled connectors in a canvas bag under the dash. the connectors corrode and short out parts of the heater.

Are there any aftermarket connectors that are better?

None of my heaters were working last week. So I tore into and found green corrosion in the connectors near the steering post in the black velcro bag. Scratched them clean as best i could with a little jewelry screwdriver.

They then worked somewhat, but not great. And i still have NO heat in my thumb warmer. Looking for a good solution.

Should i just ditch the plug n play connectors for solid waterproof crimp style?
