road report

hey gang, planning on going up next weekend with the motorhome for the weekend, any road report over the madihorn would be greatly appreciated.
i would like to get it all the way to the top if poosible.

road there yesterday, ( friday )

Drove my truck and 29' enclosed in yesterday with no problems. road had snow on it but that actually helped. It's a little ruff in spots due to some old compact snow and ice, by 4 oclock a lot of it had melted off and bare pavement, probably getting snow today though, gate open park at the end of the road.

The road in today was 6 in of soft snow with patches of asphalt. Was pretty bumpy and rutted. Parking is at the start of the gravel road parking on the side of the road because the two parking areas aren't plowed out. Grommer was 6 coming up on are way down at 2 .

Yes - bypass was just sloppy and rutted coming out at the end of the day - slow and easy!

Really want to give a special thank you to all of the effin' pigs that have contributed to the 2+ garbage bags of trash at the cabin. I would really hope that is not any of the SnoWesters here. I was up a 2-3 weeks ago and it was clean. I stood at the garbage pile just in case someone added to the pile so I could unleash a little - but no one did - which was good.
