I dont have free nights too often, but tonights the night. leaving for Greenwater in 1.5 hours.

Parking @ Mikes rock area?

Enough space to turn around a covered 2 place?

What about the back way past the Nachees trail instead of the south side dugway?

Summary, don't go.

Crowded, no snow, parking sucks......

Especially stay away Saturday morning if the weather is clear. Baker will be much easier parking.

I would have posted something but I haven't been up there all year.

So how was it? Did they get much new snow? Where is the parking at?

Had a good ride. Took a newbie and enjoyed it. I think it was Clem that was out testing a tracked UTV type vehicle. It looked like ot went through the snow fine, but left ruts on the trail.

Park @ Mikes rock, road was not whooped out, no issues. Good old spring riding. Hope no one else goes up there. A busy weekend will make parking more difficult.

Lighting was on the poor side. A little flat when the sun was not out.

Greenwater Parking? Roads?

Hey just wondering if anyone went upto greenwater yesterday? How was the parking? Where at? Roads? Thinkin about heading up in an hour or so.. Thanks -Shane

WOw was greenwater crappy! Parking was way the hell up there! And if you are towing anything but a 2 place was near imposible. I went back down and parked in the little area back by the first Y.. It seamed to have more snow as its north facing and shaded.. Had a bit of fun, windy as hell up on pyrimid. Some nice deep snow drifts up there.. The Roads are starting to get wooped up.. Are they done grooming? Anyway maybe Gold Creek tomorrow..

It's April. Parking is always about there for spring riding. Thursday night, I thought the road was rather good.

Grooming is over @ GW and everywhere else. Good luck finding non-whooped trails to the better snow.

The snowlevels are pretty high, so it is going to be like spring riding. But I think we are at the deepest depth of the season so far...

Oh there was good snow out there for sure, but GW may have not gotten as much as other or it was hiding from ya...

Who knows I may head up there for some close to home riding with the family if I can't get Baker or St Helens to work out this weekend.
