I brought my daughter's '06 600 Doo down to Castle Rock last night (1/15/09) because my "Check Engine" light came on. She had a minor collision with another sled:rolleyes: and it went into "limp mode". Stopped it/restarted it and it ran okay the rest of the day; I suspected it was a re-occurance of an old problem but wanted to make sure. The tech took his computer out to my sled immediately, hooked it up, and cleared the codes (it was from the previous problem). He had me on my way within ten minutes and saved me another 30 mile trip (and didn't charge me a penny). Even though there are two other Ski-Doo dealers within 30 minutes of me, they have definitely earned my business for future sales, parts and service!

Nice to hear someone say something good about a dealer for once. =)

Yeah, you usually just hear the bad. But I fully expected to be leaving my sled there, making another 30 mile trip, and paying AT LEAST an hour's worth of labor...

When people are happy about a service, they tell one person. When they are pissed off, they tell everybody. I am happy that Extreme is only about 35 minutes away from me. They have treated me very well over the last couple of years. I've been working with Eddie, in parts for a decade. (different dealer)

A little respect goes a long way also.

Good to hear... I took my sled to Vickery earler this year and now wish I hadn't.

Xtreme-Castle Rock's next on my list.

Xtreme has always taken care of me. Good to hear about your experience BG.

Got nothing bad to say about Vickery for that matter either.... We are pretty lucky here on the front range - Good dealers for all brands.

Hear Hear!!

I don't know of any other dealer that would do this. Two weeks ago my MAG side piston squeaked and I lost 60lbs of compression. The sled would barely start, let alone run. I called Mike at the CR store and arranged to have my sled scheduled for the work. He said bring it in and scheduled it to be looked at as soon as the store opened up on Tuesday. Meanwhile I sent a txt to the owner of the shop and asked if they had a sled that I could use while mine was down.
When I dropped my sled off that Saturday morning they were bringing out an 09 XP for me to use.

I just got back home from picking my sled up and returning the demo sled. I really appreciated the help and generosity that Xtreme gave to me. Most shops that I know around Colorado would tell you to bring the sled in and they would schedule it in and that would be that, enjoy the next few weeks of football.

They got my sled in on the day they said they would, diagnosed the situation, ordered the parts and then it was up to BRP. They received the parts and finished the sled yesterday. I was thoroughly impressed that it was fixed in less than two weeks. And thanks to them I never missed a day of riding. That means a lot to me because I am expecting my new baby boy the week of the 26th. That means that I probably won't be able to ride till the Forum ride. Needless to say I was so happy I bought the entire store pizza lunch! It really does make things easier when you have a sweet dealer!

Thanks Donavon and the rest of the Xtreme crew!:beer;:beer;:beer;

Good to hear. I have had good luck with Xtreme they have went out of the way for me in the past and Donavan spends a lot of time testing his products. Also Vickery is a great dealer Bill and his crew have always been good. Sometimes it can be hard deciding where to spend your hard earned dollar. We are so lucky to have some good dealers on the Front Range

They are? :confused:

ok damit, maybe once! ( I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt!!)

Xtreme Castlerock was good to me too. They were on top of the situation every time I took my 07 Summit in for updates and issues that first year I bought it. It really didn't sit long at their shop even when they put in a whole new crank and bottom end. And then when it looked like it might be a couple weeks for backorderd parts they gave me a demo sled to use until mine was done.(even if it was a Cat, LOL):beer;

xtreme

I've been doing buss.with Donavon and Mindy for years now,they always treat me like gold,very good people to work with.They have bent over backwards for me more than once.

Great news - we're indeed lucky in Colorado re Dealers.

Glad to hear it!

Nice folks - bought lots of parts and trailers from them over the years.

MtnDoo

BTW - did they ever get those funky scales from the snow-show fixed? ;-)

I've had good luck with Xtreme as well. Donovan also sponsors our club drag races and that goes a long way with us. The demo/test rides are huge and helped me make my decision to buy my Dragon a couple years ago. Finding a good dealer is so important and the great thing about Xtreme is that they do Polaris, Ski-Doo and Yamaha.

xtreme top notch in my book as well. Customer service A+

quick turn around and no exta BS

walk in the door and they know me by name....they turn and run but they know me at least! :D

I've always been treated well. Wait, Eddie at CR got a little snippy once, but that happens. :)

I've bought 3 sleds,a trailer and lots of parts/service at Xtreme.They have always treated me right and know me by name when I come in.I drive from Summit County down to them(1.5 hrs).I have confidence in them and their set-up.Chris in sales/Castle Rock(former service manager,Erie/Dacona)as well as Donovan are great as well as the rest of their crew.

Just referred my friend to them and he bought a leftover 08 RMK-600-155 at a fair price,we'll see how it runs this weekend:)
