Great day on Evo 215 then broke down

I recently installed the evo 215 on my sled with all the goodies. I rode all day without any problems. Coming down the trail my sled coughed and shot out a fireball and wouldn't run properly. Towed it down. Took it apart and everything was in place with nothing obvious wrong. Made it 20km up the trail the next day then it went rich right before coughing and dying and wouldn't run properly. Took it apart again with no luck. Was able to ride it down running properly except for a few times where it would go rich right before coughing and dying. I'm baffled and really don't want to take it to the stealership. Any ideas?

Had the plug wires come loose on my sled last year. Just had to be pushed down. Ran good then died every once in a while.

Your probably right Gene. Gonna take it apart today and check for arcing in the plug boot. I was extremely happy with this tune and it is highly unlikely causing my problem. Got an email from Jim last night and I'm impressed with the customer service. Just like Everbody has been saying on this forum.

Just got off the phone with Jim. It appears to be a spark issue so gonna run the same plugs as Superchute gapped to 0.025". When my plugs came out one plug was a little richer than the other so likely is my problem. It's good to know that Evo's expertise is just a phone call away and they are willing to do what it takes to keep their customer's happy. Hats off to WKM also as I've been contacting them also about my troubleshooting.
