Anybody ever had any luck ordering from these guys? I ordered a throttle cable back in March and still have yet to receive it. I've tried calling numerous times as well as sending them e-mails. Right now I'm looking at getting my money back through pay-pal. Beware if you order something from them.

I've had great luck with GW. Darin is a stand-up guy. Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting ahold of him. You might want to PM him, he is Student Driver on here.

Yeah I have had great luck with him also. He replied to my PM's within the hour but that was during the peak of the riding season. I bet a PM will work alot better then trying to get ahold of him on the phone.

I had great luck he may have a side job in the summer and may be picking up so that may be the reason.

Darin is a stand up guy always sends my stuff out befor payment gets there, like the others said pm him.he has great stuff.

Buddy of mine ordered cables in March and didn't have any issues. I order a set a couple weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to show up. I'm hoping they get here soon so I can get the sled out of the shop.

darin was great with me. sent cables and riser , had in two days both times. calling him and left a message and called back same day. never had a problem. try again or like they said student driver is his name

I sent an email back in February to see if he wanted to sponsor our Snow Drags event in Colorado or throw in any door prizes. I never heard from him. I was hoping he would at least tell me that he couldn't do it. I don't expect everyone to jump on and help, but it would be nice to get a response.

Snow Big Deal and F-Bomb racing jumped on board big time (just a little plug!!!)

Darin at Gravity Worx Racing is a stand up guy!

I too would like to say that Darin at Gravity Worx Racing is definitely a stand up guy, who not only sells great products, but also is a big supporter of keeping our riding areas open.

Since we are giving plugs to businesses, I would like you all to take a look at the business/organization/individual supporters of SAWS. You will see that several of the businesses that advertise on this forum, including Gravity Worx Racing, have also donated money or merchandise to SAWS to help cover our costs and provide us a limited amount of funds for legal issues that affect our right to ride. Most however have not donated, nor have most riders even joined SAWS, although there is no cost to join.

Hi Jake,

First of all, I do owe you an appology.
I did send your cable when it was ordered, but accidently to another customer's address.
When you had asked about it, I looked up the tracking info under your name and saw that it was delivered, so I thought that you were trying to pull a fast one on me.
About 5 minutes ago, I compared the shipping addresses and found that the mistake was mine, and so I am sorry.

I know that you have contested the sale and are getting refunded, so lets do this.
I'll not contest your refund so that you do get your money back, and I'll send your cable to your propper address today as well.
The free cable is the very least that I can do after all of this.

Again, I am sorry that I didn't check the shipping address before this and that you did not get the good service that you deserve.

Thank you for letting me fix this,
Darin

Yep, I guess that you all were right. Just a misunderstanding. I can kind of see where he was coming from thinking that I was trying to rip him off. Sorry for all of the confusion.

Now that's a stand up guy. I've been going back and forth over which lefty throttle to get (gravity worx or a goldfinger) . You've just made my decision much easier.

Thanks guys.

he may have a side job in the summer
I do. I'm driving a truck for a landscape supply company and putting in WAY too many hours doing that. 62 hours last week to be exact.

I can't wait til the late summer lay off when I go back to full time at Gravity Worx.
This should be my last summer doing this, if all goes as planned
