Has anyone been snowmobiling in the Grand Mesa area? If so how was the snow? Was the riding good?

We are thinking of taking a trip to that location late december early January. I was wondering how it is that time of year. Or should we wait and go later in the season?

We usually have good rideable snow by mid Dec. but we are at the mercy Mother Nature as is everyone. Should be fine by the time you are planning. Last year I was off-trail riding by the weekend after Thanksgiving. Call as soon as you can as we are booking quite a few rooms for this winter. Well, we got our annual Haloween ride in. Sparse at best. Still got some miles on the new sleds before BOOST!!!!
