So maybe this is a good place to re-ask this question that got lost in the thread about the latest Maoist czar, Ron Bloom (who advocates using guns to accomplish his agenda).
Article 14 Section 3 of the US Constitution says
"Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
I know nothing can or will be done as a result of that. I simply noticed the words "aid or comfort to the enemies thereof" and wondered:
Since the WH is full of people who consider themselves communists (Van Jones) and openly admire Mao and Chavez, (Anita Dunn, her husband Bob Bauer, Mark Lloyd Jones to name a few) etc., and espouse Socialist/Marxists principles and tactics, and the dictators of places like Iran and Cuba and Venezuela openly admire Obama...what constitutes an enemy? (besides us right-wing extremists who believe in our founding principles I mean).
