Gotta love the Pro! This seems to be a broken record.

Went riding yesterday and must say again, Love The Pro! Recently installed the black purple spring in secondary and sled flat out works. About a foot of new on top of about 10 feet of old and she ran flawless. The black purple may get clutches slightly warmer but well worth the trade off. IMO the best sled Polaris has ever built especially when you compare it to the competition that is out there today. I even thanked my wife yesterday for allowing this 52 year old man act like a teenager again. Still am happy with both my Dragon's but even happier with the Pro.

Love to hear stories like yours. Ordered a new Pro 163 after leaving Poo for 10 years. It's stories like yours that helped me decide to give poo my money again. Sounds like I won't be disappointed. Going to be a long summer.

X2 the Pro is just plain sick and it works, 1300 miles and I have never been happier with a sled, I snowchecked another and will sell this in the fall seems how I will be riding til July :D

I considered another snowcheck for this fall but after uncle sam was finished with me it will have to wait. Oh well not to worried since there is another 3 years left on warranty.

Worried about my 09dragon letting go I reluctantly traded it for a 2012 snowcheck. But after a long day of boondocking[77miles]on a 163 Pro I came away amazed and very happy I traded for the Pro.These new Polaris sleds just flat out work with very little rider effort. The 2 injector CFI pulls way harder than my D800 ever could plus gives way better fuel economy. Its an amazing advacement in sleds and the competion has a long way too catch up.

Get stoked every time I read a thread like this. Gor my first Poo this past Jan when I picked up a holdover '10 D8. Installed a PCV almost immediately and loved the sled like crazy. That is until I got th chance to ride a buddy's Pro... Took the gamble and sno-checked an Assault with powder track. Well the stars lined up and I rode with my best friend who got an Assault on demo. Holy shnikee's am I jacked to get my new sled, that suspension is kick-***, seabass!! Was on the tip for the orange Pro from when they announced them, but decided to take a chance on the upgraded shocks vs the grapic pkg I loved.
Pants are getting tight just waiting to ride it.. :face-icon-small-hap

11 assault

got to admit..........i cant get myself to ride my cats anymore.
I have an '11 m8 sp but its been on the trailer for 2 months now.

After buying 5 cats in 7 years, this is my 1st poo ever.

At the end of the day (yesterday), ya just dont want to go home.
I've never rode a sled that does it all, and never skips a beat.

400 miles in 3weeks..priceless

Broken Record Repeated as far as liking it

I'm loving my 2011 pro 8-155.Makes me a better rider every time i ride it.Still a month left here for riding.

For me it's been nothing but gas and oil and go.Gonna break 700 miles tomorrow, original belt.Work got in the way of more miles:face-icon-small-fro.

My 07 Summit X ate belts every 300-400 miles no matter what I did(clutching updates/regearing/venting/opening panels every time i stopped). This sled the belt is cool without venting.

Anyone who Snowchecked a 2012 Poo will be happy, especially since you have the no worry 4 year warranty.Hopefully we won't need it.

Sunday May 1st I was able to take the dealer demo 155 pro out for a ride. I really wanted to put it through the paces since it is going to be the sled I buy next fall. It only has 300 miles on it and they are very easy miles. The dealership took the time to install a 42 tooth lower sprocket, 58-38 helix, HPS can 64g weights. My buddy has a standard 2011 RMK 155, bone stock. Throughout the day, we traded back n forth. The demo pro was sooo impressive off the line and in the trees. The standard runs good, but was nothing near like the clutched Pro. We were able to find some north lightly treed slopes that had perfect snow that you could climb to the top of anything, yet enough powder to make it fun to sidehill and weave through the trees on your accent. I am amazed at how slow you are able to go while picking your way through the trees. I am also very impressed at how quick this sled is to change direction at the last second to avoid the tree you think you are gonna hit. I am currently riding an 09 800 155 with Holz (old style) rear with floats and Zero Pro fronts. I was doubtful of the Walker set up, but I was very satisfied with the way the Walkers soaked up the bumps and did not pogo like the Floats. The clutching was spot-on on the bottom, but was 200 rpm's shy of peak all day. 62g would have been perfect for the firm snow. We have had consistant weekly new powder until this weekend. The 64's are said to be perfect in the pow. All in all, needless to say, I had a TERRIBLE time returning the sled to the dealer today. I would get it now, but then I would be wasting 9 months of a 2 year warranty. IT'S GOING TO BE A LONG SUMMER!!!! I AM IN LOVE

I snowchecked a 2012 pro.....hope I do not end up pissed off.....checked a 2011 155 and traded it in for the 2012 163....using the 1000 back from Polaris. My 2011 is running soo good right now that if the 2012 does not run as good I will be pissed:face-icon-small-hap Everytime I go for another ride I keep asking myself why I am trading it in cause it runs awesome..

This is why I can't wait to sell my M7 and get a 163 Pro...SOOOOO stoked!!:high5:

Another perfect weekend for me in the books. I had a quick uh-oh when the "check engine" light came on. I ran it for a bit and it was still strong. I then checked the hour meter and it showed 100.1 hours. Restarted and the light went away. I guess the light was a 100 hour service reminder (?). Can anbody confirm this?

Possibly my last ride of the year even though there is still 6+ feet in the mountains. I went to load the sled on the trailer and the odo showed 1,399 miles. My buddy insisted that I drive around to trip the odo to 1,400. Done! I'm looking forward to next year and hopefully another flawless season.

1100 Mountain Miles on My 11' Pro 8 155, Best sled I have ever had, after 35 years of nothing but Ski-Doos, it was a tough decision to make last year, but now looking back, I don't regret it one bit!!!

I'm probably the biggest new tech. critic on the planet and still riding/maintaining my 2004 Edge UBR 900's. I've been patiently waiting for someone to crank out a sled that will run close to my old school big bores. Polaris hit the nail on the head with this Pro, in the deep I can't climb with it, and on the stiff snow and hardpack it runs so close I decided to snow check a Retro 155. I will get 7 MPG instead of 4.5, won't have to mess with mixing 40% race fuel, have altitude compensating fuel injection that really works well, and have a sled that weighs 60 lbs. less. The 4 year warranty is huge for someone who rides a couple thousand miles a year. If mine runs as well as my friends I'm going to be one happy sledder. :face-icon-small-hap

Love to see these positive reviews! Been riding Doo the last 12 years and my 06 rev was a sweet sled but checked a black 155 Pro. Can't wait!!!

Right there with ya Red, been on Doo's so long I dont know anything else:nono: But I cant wait for my black 155 PRO to get here also:love:

You do riders will be happy. Ran summits for 14 years, jumped on the pro last fall, no regrets, just different. I'll almost certainly order a 2013 next year, move some parts across, and keep an RMK in the stable for at least another 2 after that. Unless the new M is a wonder sled. Still have three doos, also. Gman, Rev Kev, others made the leap last year, too, and none of us regret. Good sleds. The brand yellow friends on dootalk don't appreciate it.
