Holy cow what a day yesterday. 58 deg when we unloaded at the parking lot (Pomerelle). 4 sleds, a mini Z, Kitty kat, 8 people. It was my day to play Lead sled dog 4 adults, 4 kids. Took us an hour to get out of the parking lot, sleds overheating, trying to get the box sled with the kitty kat, cooler, sleds, and my 2 & 5 year old daughters to where we could tow out.
Oh how I love my Rev after trying to turn the Jag around and getting stuffed over the bars (Why the hell did they ever make ski's out of metal) it was like riding a couch with a motor. Finally got everyone up the mountain to Thompson flats after a few tree wells(where is the tree magnet on/off switch on a Jag) and side hills.
It was one of the greatest days I have ever had sledding. It wasn't because the snow was great, but to get your family out and see them all having a great time and pass on what my Dad did for us is just priceless. My wife couldn't believe the patience I had for everyone. Now as for the sunscreen part.......that was the one thing I forgot bring............talk about a bunch of vine ripened tomatoes stings for a short time...memories for a lifetime
